There are many catering options available to you when you organize a Seattle Dinner Cruise aboard the classic yacht "Discovery". The boat can be chartered at any time of the day or evening so that dining cruises can be planned for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. Choose from formal a la carte dining, Hors d' oeuvres, finger food, sandwiches or barbeques. Morning or afternoon tea can be prepared for sightseeing cruises as well as corporate functions and business meetings. Are you local to Seattle? A boat makes a festive and unique venue for a Seattle Christmas Party and you have the option of joining the Seattle Christmas Ship Parade.
Catering Options
A la carte dining - The dining salon is available for seated meals for parties of up to 12 guests. Be spoiled in intimate and elegant surroundings in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. Discovery has a fully equipped galley and our Chef can create a menu offering a variety of courses that reflects your individual tastes and personality. Why not turn the evening into a wine tasting event by pairing a different wine with each new course?
Hors d'oeuvres and finger food - For any Seattle dinner cruise Hors d' oeuvres are a great option as it allows guests the freedom to explore the boat and enjoy the ever changing Seattle panorama as we cruise. Platters offering a delicious selection of finger food are placed on a decorated table that people can enjoy at their leisure. Buffet style menus - Delicious buffets are available whether you are hosting a breakfast, brunch/lunch or a Seattle dinner cruise.
BBQ's - Make a day of it or plan an overnight adventure. Cruise and kayak in the San Juan Islands then relax and enjoy a drink as delicious barbeque smells begin to waft along the deck. On a nice day a casual meal on the bow may be in order. The covered fantail and dining salon are available should the weather decide to be uncooperative.
Waterfront Restaurant & Cruise - We work in conjunction with numerous waterfront restaurants around Lake Union and Lake Washington. Enjoy a Seattle lake cruise aboard the "Discovery" to a waterfront restaurant for dinner. We can organize all of the details including transfers back to vehicles if necessary.
